I managed a 5-miler to squish half my bugs yesterday. Of course, one has since popped up at the far spot again 😬
I'm not used to tarmac! My poor shins feel awful today! I guess minimal cushioning trail shoes don't do much on roads (and when you're 3 some overweight 🤦♀️) .. Managed to get lost on a local housing estate too.
"Er, well I'm later back because I got lost trying to squish some virtual bugs in cul-de-sacs"

PS: Nellers, I know I'm new here but I've been using the advice that if it's inaccessible to me at the moment, it's okay to mark it as inaccessible. If you know you could walk to it really, don't mark it but if you know you can't/shouldn't then mark it 🙂

The reality is that if I could be arsed to go out for a walk I could get it, but I can't be arsed. I'm not a walker unless the car is in dock.;-)
Went out for a ride this morning and, even without bugsplatting, got a daily score of over 1000. Inside the top 40 for the first time in a long time.

I was unable to exercise at all for six weeks, so technically all my bugs were inaccessible at that point, but sadly I just had to suck up the negatives. Gently back on it now though

Can anyone help me with the difference in the bugs. Today I have run in and out of my circle and some green bugs have gone yellow. Does this mean they are not my bugs so don’t give me any penalties?

Yes; they’re penalties for other people, turning yellow means they’re costing them more than 4 points a day because you infected them. Profit for you, pain for them
I am beginning to worry about someone whose circle overlaps mine and hasn’t removed bugs I’ve run over so often they’re costing him more than 50 points a day.

Green bugs belong to other players so don't cost you any points. If you run past them you infect them so they turn yellow and you get 4 points.

Badger: While I was out with my Achilles I never left the game. Every few weeks I'd think "I'll be back soon so I might as well stay in for now" and then a month later I'd be no nearer to getting going again. Maybe your neighbour is just having a break for some reason. Or maybe they've got into a rut of running/riding the same route and aren't thinking about Fetchpointing?
Elsie Too: The only bugs you need to move out of your circle are red or red/yellow (which means someone else has run through it and infected it). The red/yellow ones are costing you more each day you leave them there.
