First-time poster!!

Hello  I'm just starting with this .. have had a read back and will try hard not to ask too many annoying new person questions! Only two so far ..
So, we get one new bug a day in our home circle? Up to how many? Like if I didn't squish any for 2 weeks would there really be 14? :/
Second, I planted flowers yesterday but they've all disappeared - picked by someone else?
I can already sense this is going to be highly addictive!

Welcome WoodDweller, it is addictive, no worries about questions, you'll find the bunch on here really helpful.
Yes if you don't squish your bugs for 14 days for will have 14 bugs racking up a minimum of 4 penalties each. Re flowers, probably, you can check by going to "Your activity" and hovering over todays/ yesterdays score and see if you get a "stolen by others" score. If so they were picked by someone doing an activity over your flowers. Hope it helps.

The game cycle is 30 days, so bugs last 30 days, and so do points.

Welcome to the mad house! It is highly addictive!
You can collect up to 30 bugs if you don't squish any, then they start dying off.

Hurrah! 10 days bug free badge Out and about more with the WSW multi at the moment, so am aiming for the 30 day and 10000pts. Some way to go yet though. For a change of tactics, have moved my circle a few more roads from home - not so good for bug collection but should increase flowers between home and circle hopefully

6km run, lovely morning for it, felt amazing, saw multiple deer, felt comfortable and pain free... both bugs easily run through.
Didn't leave my circle did I? Last time I moved it, I placed it just the wrong side of my house... (My house is usually just outside my circle so I don't have to worry about this...) so going to have to go and squash them again later on the bike I think! grr... Unless I leave them for tomorrow...but you just know bug number 3 will be elsewhere...

I wish I could find a reliable place to plant flowers where someone won't pick them before I get a chance to water them! Might be time to tinker with my home circle.
