I like the way that at the moment the game is decided by where we go, without other interaction. I remember we used to be able to choose where to place traffic lights, an ability which might have caused some resentment among neighbouring Fetchies. When the placement is random, it must feel less personal. I did propose congestion charge free commuting routes, as a feature. My justification was that a cycle commute rather than a car commute reduces congestion, so it seems it a bit much to be charged for congestion in Fetchpoint. However, for now, COVID-19 has solved that problem for me. A related idea was to be able to bounce a traffic light into one's own circle, once a week. Ownership would not change, and positioning within the circle would be random. How about choose your Fetchpoint superpower, resetting every week?

How about birthday cake appearing on peoples birthdays, as a present. Make them high value items like diamonds. By the way, you have a month to implement!

Some of your ideas sound a bit complicated Fetch. I liked it when you could round up your bugs into a herd and park them near the edge of your circle so you could dispose them on a future run.
Up to 61 today. I hadn't even heard about that 10 clearance badge and pretty sure I wasn't notified that I'd got it. I'm trying not to obsess about daily bug clearance.

I like how Fetchpoint supports focussing on different tactics. You can be a bug squisher, or a flower planter, or a congestion charger. Rather than make these existing things more complicated, I'd prefer a new thing. If people like herding bugs (I didn't) how about sheep markers? Exponential scoring by herd size. Or how about some markers that introduce some more randomness to the game? Black holes, say, which draw all nearby markers towards them each day, destroying them if they aren't collected in time.

Quick question, if I may. When collecting a bug and going outside your circle, do you need to get the bug *then* go outside the circle? Or can you travel beyond your circle and collect the bug afterwards?

On the way in or on the way out makes no odds CW, just so long as you get out some time.

Some interesting thoughts, but I think maybe only DocM has responded to my actual question
