First run for a bit and I have acquired a 12 point congestion charge without going near a traffic light. I even changed my route in order to avoid one (which has the same score attached as before I ran). How can this be?

Last week the tables turned when I cycled specifically to collect a brand new traffic light on busy route in Dorchester, knowing I’d have to be going through regularly for a couple of weeks. When I looked later someone had run even earlier & I was the one paying out 😂. It’s a great game. I need someone to clear my regular routes of backed up over-watered flowers.
