I have to work to the (fetch)point of obsession to get there, not sure how much cycling you do, but that ^^^ seems to relevant to myself, having recently upped cycling as not swimming, my usual vice. I’ve restarted, climbing up the board is fun but all my local traffic friendly daylight routes were jammed with overwatered flowers. My bug hasn’t arrived, last time I did this it waited til I was asleep 😂
