0.4lb on this week. I've clawed back some of the 1.3lb I'd gained by Saturday morning. Over the last 30 days: - I've lost 7.6lb, which is disappointing I guess, but we've had 2 mini-breaks and since Thursday, I've had 3 meals out and I haven't run. - I've lost 13cm, which I'm happy with. Over the last 60 days: - I've lost 23.2lb - I've lost 35cm
Overall, I'm pleased with how things are going, but this week I need to be more strict with the eating plan and do all my runs to get back on track!

That's the beauty of regular weigh-ins GM, you spot it when the weight starts creeping back on and you can do something about it! Good luck this week, and over 60 days those stats are amazing.
