Well four and a half weeks into the plan and the first recipe neither of us liked! Vegetable lasagne and I’m afraid to say it went straight in the bin and I had to just rustle up a tuna salad for us both, with a baked potato for OH. Needless to say it will definitely be swapped if it comes up in the plan again

I weighed this morning and put on 2lbs while I was in Spain. Hardly surprising given the big hotel breakfasts and all the booze I put away.

So willpower and BSD recipes have *got* to be deployed!

Absolutely GM. I love my vegetables but the texture and taste of this was just horrible!

I'm out tonight, tomorrow and Sunday afternoon for meals. Sunday morning I'm marshalling at a local 10k and there are bacon butties and "snacks" provided for the volunteers. This week is one I'm aiming for maintaining rather than losing!
