Morning all
Another week another weigh in and another little loss 1.25lbs down this week which I am over the moon with a it has been a very tough week with not all choices being good ones.
I seem to have gone two weeks without any booze, unintentionally and that may end this evening

I weighed 9.5 3/4 this one so 3lb off since Monday but that was just adjusting back to work and runs after my holiday

Morning all, I'm going back to Friday AM weigh in's. Duly recorded in my diary
Huge NSV this week, I had to go to the office this morning and thought I better tidy myself up (normally in leggings, running kit or this week random hareem pants I've bought for yoga that a SOOOOO comfortable and amazing)
As sun is shining I thought skirt. Out of interest pulled the skirt I have loved for many years which spends most of its life hung up as even at my lightest it was never a given it would fit. Fastened like a glove & proof scales are not a good judge of your weight I am easily 1.5st heavier than I would ever have expected this skirt to fit.
A McDonald's breakfast today (planned in all week it is all I'll have until tea tonight) was so good (I don't do fast food other than this, last one must have been over a year ago)
