It's fat, sugar, fruit, wheat, calories... all sorts of good things. And a whole stollen is four times round the lake. I think that's why I wasn't hungry yesterday until evening. Now back on the wagon.

I am just in the process of making a stollen, waiting for it to prove.
0.5lb on at SW this evening - really surprised it wasn't more, so very happy with that. I am forgetting about the plan now for the next few days.

I lost 1.1/2lbs but wasn't expecting that as been away and a day out on Saturday, need to just keep it there though as gone under my target but kniw it will go on over the festivities

Another one here who just can't control what I'm stuffing down my neck. I'm definitely in a low mood at the moment, but I know my food choices aren't helping with that.
I keep hoping that I've hit my bottom, but the coming back up isn't happening.
