I have walked and swam. It was always going to be a slow start but I’m loving the setting.

Next week I’ve got 3 days to smash some bike miles and hopefully make it over the line for the first time.

It’s a challenge, innit?! :)

No prizes, no glitz, no glamour. Simply a way to motivate ourselves and each other to get off the couch and away from the fridge at the most slothful and gluttonous time of the year
