Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done @Cheeky’s Dad. Good time, especially on not much training!
Miss Austen finished, then watched part 2 of "Out There" on catch up. Also a bit slow to get going!
And now packed for a micro break tomorrow!

We got half way through the third episode of Out There and gave up on it I’m afraid.
Really pleased you’re carrying the FERC flag Andy :-)
I think I need to revisit my plan as I have 3 months to go and am already so tired I fall asleep every time I sit down

take a longer down break - not nothing but a bit easier and shorter, make sure you keep eating enough scones and then get back to it. - and at the risk of teaching Dr her business ;) when did you last check your iron and what is your vit D intake like?? -

It was an ITV drama a few weeks ago about ordinary people getting caught up in drug dealing in a small village in Wales. We gave up when all the adults started behaving in ways that no normal adult would
