Good evening!

Hope everybody is well! I'm still taking it easy with my training. I've been enjoying my parkruns which will hopefully keep my fitness levels up ready to start half marathon prep in the new year. Although on Saturday I'm volunteering at parkrun so not running! My (I think) third time as being RD, and 25th volunteering credits. Also inching slowly towards my targets.

Good evening all. Bit of a weird couple of weeks (good and bad stuff happening in life) and running is providing me with a nice routine break from everything else!

Evening all. Pushing hard to get to my (entirely arbitrary) target of 1000 for the year. I’m still behind but catching up and did my highest mileage week of the year last week so it’s looking much less daunting than it did 7 days ago. If I can do a similar amount this week I’ll be pretty much back to par and able to have an easy Christmas week 🤞

Nearly there, LindsD.
It's been quite a couple of weeks, 3M. Hope you're coping OK.
Sounds like a plan, CD.

Well short of my 1200 target, the last 5 months or so have been very low and now I need to concentrate to get the 39 needed for 1000

Hoping some new year's magic will blueshoes my moon off the sofa and out the door next month.

Though having said that, the running I have been doing is mostly run rather than run/walk, which I am very pleased about.
