um Jul 2023 9:46am, 1 Jul 2023 7,501 posts	0 um No volunteers for July, so my reserve 'list'. Although it's different. Short and sweet. Just 3 categories. 1) Pre-event - training, prep, travel, warm up, whatever 2) The event - action/activity in any form 3) Post event - recovery, medals, rehydration, injury, treatment etc As many as you like for each. Even triplets for the same event (any run, walk, cycle, swim, x, sport etc, not just 'races'). Could even be a day out at the cricket! Can be any time, no need to wait until the end of the month. Any vounteers for Aug or later? Or take a rest until Xmas?
