Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Chicken is so 1950s. Isn't it quiche this time? (with spinach. broad beans and tarragon).
Although I may well use the timeslot to drive down an empty A303 on a Bank Holiday Saturday. That will warrant a 'coronation A303 pic'.

Hann - Coronation Chicken is cold chicken in a mild curry mayo sauce. With or without any extras. It can be veggie or vegan by use of (eg) chick peas, aubergine etc and modifying the mayo to be egg free.

But more importantly, thanks cacklenerry for 'volunteering' (proper military style) to do May. Any others wanting a go? fmail/ping me or post here.

I am looking forward to the coronation interpretations.

Especially the non-royal ones 😉

FWIW coronation chicken is gross.

Sounds great Lipgloss, I’ve been having trouble getting the bought pastry lately, no one on my little town is doing any and I like it for my pie maker!
