Meglet - A singing bowl is used for meditation. You tap it with the beater and it rings out a wonderful tone. It's used at the beginning and end of a meditation session and also for any stages in-between. It can be a single ring, generally used for the in-between stages, or several successive ones usually used to determine the beginning and the end of the meditation session
