Ahhhhhhhhhhh lise huge congratulations to you Hope you are enjoying every minute.
I haven't posted here yet! I'm 15 weeks after a very long time of trying (everything) and enjoying being out of the nausea and can't stay awake stage. I mean I'm still tired and lazy don't get me wrong, but nothing compared to weeks 5-10ish! I'm showing now, there's quite a big belly Quite a lot of it is probably chips though!!
I had to stop running straight away as I was advised against it as I have a blood disorder that does increase the MC risk (I had one last year) but am still cycling (a bit, only like an hour a day usually but maybe 90 mins occasionally) and am walking lots, I've really started to enjoy doing longer walks (been getting out at the weekends for like 7-8 mile walks) The baby enjoys that much more than cycling, which it complains about quite a lot so might not be able to carry on all the way through. I don't mind that though, life now is about the baby rather than what I want to do.

Muddy boots it’s tough when you have to stop running - can you swim? Or cycle like gym freak?

Lise how are you and little sam getting on?
I stopped cycling outside a couple weeks ago, too far for my bike, too uncomfortable and too worried about cars. Still spinning but only seem to be able to manage 3x week with walking on the other days, I’m loving my longer walks but not really enjoying spinning it’s all become hard and my heart rate goes really high from hardly doing anything!
20 weeks now and all good on the scan, it’s a little boy which I had already been convinced of from the start, I’ve been calling him a him the whole way through but it’s nice to know for sure 💙💙

I gave in cycling quite early on because it was uncomfortable. I toyed with the idea of borrowing a more upright bike but never did.
Swimming was my saviour. Getting the weight off my bump in the last few months was heaven!

Quiet around here.....
I’m 15 weeks pregnant. I’ve ran once in the last 7 weeks. I had a bit of a knee issue mid October but the main issue has just been the all consuming tiredness and nausea.
Debating trying a run this weekend again or hanging up the trainers and walking instead.
