I've been advised to walk on my heels before - I do a kneeling stretch for my shins I'll try the raising my foot at my desk - am I supposed to plantar flex pr anything like that?

I've had two-tone hair before, blonde on top and purple underneath, and also had blonde with purple streaks.

Bleh. Just back from a 21 miler in the freezing cold. Got to Tarporley and ran into a blizzard. Plus three toenails are on their way out. Mr. Uniqua is out there now doing his long run, bless him. Been looking at my speeds from yesterday and I think I'm closer to breaking a 20min 5k than I think, the 6:35 pace is getting more sustainable over longer distances. |
