Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

They have food now

Grading is interesting for sure. There are 2 sections of flat lead on lines 30ish and 90ish, but not many, most lean back for sure

Good, short, session tonight. Two of the walls have been reset today so fit to go in the new routes. The setters didn’t put the grades down as usual, but left the feedback board up and asked for suggestions. But was sat there to talk to about the routes.
I sneaked a look at the suggested grades as I didn’t want to climb hard, but was still good to be the first few to try them out and give direction feedback.

That’s now on in the background :)

I’ve decided I want to do ‘training’ to help my climbing. Nothing too hard core. Just to get me over a plateau. Anyone found any good resources?

Have a look at women’s climbing symposium - I did a really good online class/seninar with them about strength work for climbing. I’ve got it written down somewhere…. 🤪 I tend to do lots of yoga of various types from strength (did one just now) to bendy stuff - can send link if you’d like?
