Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thanks phal. I didn’t get a chance to look at it properly over weekend but I’ll take a look now.

In enjoying the last few sessions I’ve done.
I picked up an injury, self diagnosed tennis elbow, about a month ago. Too much climbing hard every session I think. So have eased off to climb within myself and try to climb well in lower grades. It seems to be working and the elbow aches is slowly subsiding.

It’s also meant I’ve been able to do a few extra climbs every session as I haven’t been as worn out at the end, or needed as much rest in between climbs.
Back in tomorrow, but with nieces, so we will be in supervision mode.

The thing is, I can climb harder, which I did a few times before I realised I was an issue, not just what I thought I as a bit of bruising. But it really stiffens up afterwards if I do.

I’ve allowed myself one harder climb (6b), as up to 6a+ at our wall appears to fall within my comfort zone, every other session since we got back from holiday.

And we are thinking of a midweek Big Depot trip next month, if anyone wants to join us, if we can arrange dog sitters. I don’t fancy the weekend crowds. Hoping midweek will be a bit quieter.

At least it can catch something (unlike me!)
