I remember that now that I've seen it again. I think my response then was I prefer my running and chess to be separate, lol. I can't actually imagine combining the two in a competitive manner. |

If I read it correctly, it's 90 sec laps with 2 mins rec (each person gets a minute assuming full time use). Average pace of 10:30 per mile so if you can handle the 90 (6mm) fairly comfortable, the recovery makes it repeatable for a while I think.
