I don't know how I missed covering my rook with a pawn! Lost it and then after an immediate exhange of queens it just seemed too much of an uphill struggle.
I'm struggling with this dipping in and out of games.

It’s tougher when you’ve got an opp who’s moving quickly - it takes practice not to get swept along at their pace. I’m definitely finding team matches easier as I play more after losing some badly at the start.

I got a chess board for Christmas. I beat my boyfriend He did say it’s so long he’s played it was like playing a 12yo, but he was so hung up on attacking me he left his king wide open. I also had to explain castling to him so felt quite good!
