Lot's to think about, Nightjar & JJ do I take it that you are both kindly on board with helping organise this event? I do hope so as I certainly lack experience but not enthusiasm I like the idea of keeping it fairly low key, we need to keep things as simple as possible We also need to come up with a date, it's obvious that we are not going to be able to please everyone date wise, there is a Fetch picnic on 21st July and another on 18th August, RNR in September, so was thinking perhaps June???
