Love the new Friday drinks!
I had wine, and a beer and felt very drunk very quickly, amazing how much so! Put me off today... observing The situation there
I'm with you sallykate, small powerful steps, you just can't change everything all in one go
I'll have a lurk at that thread, I do love the rower though, I'd forgotten how much!
I'm up with the larks... taking his nibs to the gym for his first ever go at spin... first I am going outdoors to run - I'm already bored of the treadmill so I'm running to the gym instead

Well done Lady! What a way to start the weekend!😍😍
I had a great start too, running to the gym was a great plan, much better than the treadmill. Spin was funny. I’ve got a new partner in crime now, his first ever spin and despite our moans during the 30mins he’s going to be hooked which is great for me!
I’ve just been for a hair chop. And then found the perfect wedding outfit for my cousins wedding 2nd Sept.. I’ve risked a size down in trousers too.. motivation!’
Hope your all finding a couple at least positives today
I’m 100% ignoring any negatives now and just focusing on my “cans”
Feels a much better way ahead

Have wanted one for ages and living/Working so close to the sea it needed to happen. OH wasn't keen - all the normal when will you use it, when will you find time with running, cycling etc etc, but today it happened and we are both quite excited. Judt got to get some life jackets and we can use it 😁 it has made me smile lots and will be used in the lake district next year and also France, as well as locally
