Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That sounds like a fab plan NSC!

I'm training for the Yorkshire Ultra Challenge quarter distance - sort of like an ultra half from Pately Bridge to Ripley Castle. Its sort of downhill...apart from the ups... I think its about 17 miles - but I've got till July. Thats if it goes ahead of course!

It will be slow - but I CAN :-)

At least it finishes only a couple of miles from home :-) And apparently there is a barbecue and fizz at the finish.

Its good to have goals - am rubbish if I don't have anything to aim for.

Having not a lot to aim has been the default position for many runners for sadly too long

I did 14 miles over the moors last night with Stef and I’m still buzzing

Fantastic DT! Am guessing its rather damp up there and the peat bogs are quite boggy at the moment?

That is surprising DT!! Am looking forward to being allowed to venture over your way for a change of scene, or further up into the dales.

We’ve lived near Haworth for three years but I have a real love for the Dales, especially upper Wharfedale and Littondale

Definitely - we are very lucky living where we do, but would be good to be able to go a bit further afield. Maybe even a meet up at some point?
