The last of the sparrows fledged from the nest in our eaves earlier. I heard a bit of chirping, looked up, and saw the thing struggling to get out. It got out and clung to the wall with mum/dad coming back to encourage it to fly. It finally flew off when dad started pecking it to get it moving.

We went for a walk by the local Leeds Liverpool canal this evening. I was amazed to see a pair of mute swan with eight cygnets. I’d no idea they could have that many :-O

The geese over the Uni seem to be creating large crèches where they’ve just lumping and the goslings together 😀
