I love a weasel. One of my favourite running wildlife spots was a fierce fight between a weasel, or some such mustelid, and a rabbit high up in the Yorkshire Dales.

Sand martins seen somewhere in Wales on Saturday (by my Mum on her bird club trip!) Also bagged my first drumming GSW today, in exactly the place I thought I'd find it ![]() It's not properly Spring until I've been bitten by a goose though... |

In a similar vein, the Salisbury Cathedral Pregrine web cam has opened up for 2022. No eggs yet, but supposedly imminent. salisburycathedral.org.uk |

What is it about cathedrals and peregrines? Leicester has a pair who kept the archaeologists entertained during the recent dig. Cambridge not having a cathedral, they have to make do with the Pitt building
