Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm very impressed with the phone. I also feel really conflicted. I haven't told anyone where they are (until this morning when I told a couple of friends). But I use bird apps but don't want to log it as owls are protected and don't want a deluge of photographers etc, but also feel, that it's selfish to not share it.

I do some fresh and salt water fishing. Bass are a protected species in the sea and not disclosing good shore ‘marks’ is standard procedure. Your LEO are arguably more precious than sea bass

I would agree, i do appreciate you sharing the picture as it's a bird I am never likely to see!

Went up with just me and my camera this morning. No luck. However, there was a large, dead white bird in the area which I panicked might be the young one I saw. Turned out to be a dead duck. Other small dead bird wings and thing lying about as well.

They really should be called ant-eaters, not woodpeckers. But I guess that name was taken,
