NE, you have just described me - if you fancy a slow run out early Sunday I might be up for it. We'll be up at Burns Farm.

Well, if I can drag Bobs up there I was fancying something that involved Skiddaw. BGR leg 1? Or how about up to Lower Man, Skiddaw itself then back down the fence line and over Sale How before dropping down to Skiddaw House, then picking up the Cumbria Way and bobbing round the side of Lonscale Fell and onto Latrigg etc.

Then again I might have trouble shifting Bobs far this weekend. We were in the Pyrennees over the weekend and got some serious climb in, she may not want to go far!!

Bobs must have recovered from her bad knee then. That's good news.

Not sure what I'll be up to after last weekend's 90 miles. Legs are definitely still tired today. Probably won't know until after (or mid-way through!) the race on Saturday, so wouldn't want to make firm plans until then. Either option sounds good though.

Off-road tandem? Is that new news?

I may also be at Burns farm - haven't booked anywhere though and plans for the weekend are very fluid.

- and if I don't get off my moon and walk the dog, I'll not be getting anywhere v fast :)

The off-road tandem and the Lake District will not intersect unless we get a little misplaced, and it won't be coming home with us.

No, ever. Unless eL Bee! has been secretly cooking up a plan with JD Tandems, in which case he won't be coming home either ;)

Bobs' knee is much better thanks. I wouldn't say she's 100% fit yet, but I don't expect that will stop her. She's talking about doing the Yorkshireman full next weekend, so it can't be that bad.
