Well, if we're going to have a sidebar updated, then I'm in. 56/214 means I need to retire in 2035 in order to finish these off (seriously: it's Munro tops, Corbetts and Grahams first).

But poring over the map just now has me yearning for a visit to the Lakes...

Spotted this on FB:

The Hillwalkers' Register Annual Report has arrived through the post today with an update on the multiple completions of the Wainwrights. Stephen Moore completed 1 round in 2021 taking his total number of Rounds to 57; in second place is Alan Thompson (dec'd) with 42 rounds and in third place the leading lady with 31 rounds, Elizabeth Norton.

NE it looks like Bobs and yourself have some work to do.... 🤣

I know, it's insane isn't it? Stephen Moore goes out every day and just follows one round to the next, I know we all love the fells but you'd think he'd move on to pastures new wouldn't you? Or at least have a stab at the Birketts!

The trouble with so many Trigs in the Peak is that you have to trespass to actually visit them. I thought the publication/promotion of the Ethel list in particular was misguided to say the least given that it included a number on private land. And surprise surprise despite telling people to just wave at them from the nearest PROW guess what people are doing.... much to the annoyance of landowners.
