Hyper, other than your maxhr test I don't think a track session will add much benefit to your marathon plan. Possibly 800 or 1 mile reps. You are probably better focusing on longer tempo runs, progressive runs, everthing else, apart from you lsr on Sunday should just be for recovery. Ideally you need to be running at least 45-50 miles a week as well

It's not even the same injury. I've only got one ice pack so I had to decide what one to do first. Might as well just go outside and lie in the feckin snow. Everything hurts!

Yeah, maybe we should just do xc tomorrow, it might be safer, anyone know any good ploughed fields near by, oh right we probably won't actually need them, just wear our spikes and go! ;-)

No running for me tomorrow. Pain seems to be higher up than than the achilles (according to the web anyway). Could be a calf strain. Similar pain to the last one I had and could be caused by running badly in the icy conditions.

good 15 this morning, crunchy under foot with the fresh snow, glad it was there as i dont know what it would have been like with just ice. still fresh in the wind......easy conditions to get injured.
