This takes a peice off the big loop at the end possibly going only half way down inchyra rd

baz p Feb 2014 9:29am, 12 Feb 2014 1,672 posts	0 baz p the roundabout at mcdonalds is getting new traffic lights, and thats where the roadworks are taking place. i dont think its going down that way tbh, i could be wrong. Thats the only roadworks i can think of that would alter the route. possibly loop of Ineos and down past the sports centre?
Hyperboy Feb 2014 2:16am, 13 Feb 2014 1,097 posts	0 Hyperboy There is a back gate at the old ambulance station at kemfine right next to earlsgate roundabout,maybe the club could ask for permission to use this route and then the race would go in exactly the same way as always.They might not let hundreds of runners use it but its worth a shout.Rather than go round at earls gate it would go through this way and out at the second roundabout just along from earlsgate and then continue as normal along glensburgh road and past newlands garage.It would also be good publicity for kemfine:)
