Christmas Day parkrun on the actual home course, since I wasn't needed to marshal this year. Just under 35. I didn't quite make the 9:30 start, but saw a few parkrunners and suspected parkrunners (some even with Santa hats ) in the locale.

26.31 for my fake parkrun this morning. Glad I went out when I did, itβs now chucking it down.
I hope everyone had a nice Christmas π

Wasn't going to bother with fakeparkrun over the festive season, since I'm giving running a rest at present, but actually walked 3.12 miles this afternoon in search of a newspaper, so might as well be today's faketailwalker. 1:08:19.

Did a fakey this afternoon just before Bella hits. Three minutes slower than yesterday due to overindulgence and puddle avoidance. Looking forward to NYD double

By the way - yesterday 310 calories. Today, 3 minutes slower, 420 calories. How does that work?

(Yes it was a higher heart rate. Felt harder today, strava never lies)

Thanks, TBR - you'll be pleased to know Mr JK and I went for a walk around Braunstone Park this morning, lots of parkrun memories there! It was very pleasant.
