The original plan was to do Seaton 'parkrun' at 9ish followed by Exmouth at 10ish but I think the alcohol likely to be in my system will scupper that. Saturday it is then.

I've put both NYD events into my portfolio, but not sure if either of the courses will pass an inspection. One in particular often has a wide band of water across tarmac on each of its three laps: potentially a sheet of ice. The RDs do have dispensation to start both events a bit later than usual, though.
