Dvorak Dec 2020 10:08pm, 31 Dec 2020 21,662 posts	0 Dvorak I've put both NYD events into my portfolio, but not sure if either of the courses will pass an inspection. One in particular often has a wide band of water across tarmac on each of its three laps: potentially a sheet of ice. The RDs do have dispensation to start both events a bit later than usual, though.
