Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It was a questionnaire from my MP Columbia, asking for views on development in and around the village where I live. There is a lot of discussion about building a garden village in the area and also improvements to the A40 which runs on the northern boundary of us.
Interesting but not exciting.
Seeing the House Of Commons crest on the envelope and letter header is as exciting as it got 🙂

It only costs £20 to join TeeBees running club as my second club from now until March 2019. That is a lot of potential Thursday night track sessions :-)

I sent Google feedback about why I didn't like their "improved" calendar and they have written back saying my problem has been dealt with. I'll have to try it.

(It used to be possible to create an event just by writing e.g. 15:30 event, but in the new version you had to get up a separate window and write the time in one line and the event in another line.)

Have just passed a school - possibly a prison - called Prendergast Vale.

I wonder if they'd appreciate a visit from a leading poet.
