I normally avoid things I can cook myself and omelette is one of my best dishes. However it was a very yummy omelette.
It was nearly an omel it was that good

An aeroplane omelette is barely an omelette. An omelette has to be straight out of the pan, hot, and slightly liquidy in the middle.

Nooo! It must be set properly. I had one that was slightly liquidy inside this morning and it made me feel a bit sick. A soft yolk is good for boiled/fried/poached eggs; runny white is never ever good.
