No I-deer here today, although I did see a flock yesterday.

33 gravel miles in the pot from me.

9 from me. We often see deer here, but none of late. It's always a joyful thing.

Logged 3.9 miles of walking. Maybe the best I've felt today since my recent bout of Covid

Was hard to get out today. Finally got a worthwhile 7 Mile run in and a small walk/shuffle type thing. Good work everyone👍

Just a few miles walking in dribs and drabs, and half a mile swum.

Felt sorry for all the cyclists we were driving up alongside who were in the middle of the Nice Ironman cycling stage.

That looked hot on a friend's Insta AR!

I managed a decent stroll on my friend's farm. Wanted to stay "safe"...

That was lucky!

That FetchEveryone.com has become inclusive enough to count all forms of training as training! I wanted to run on Sunday, returning to running after 2 weeks of nasty lurgy and also ankle or achilles or calf or Hallucis Flexor Longus muscle or tendon argh injury post marathon and half. But... it was still sore on Sunday after a wee parkrun on Saturday. So as we had a lunch birthday outing planned I might have skipped it! :-O

Fortunately, the lovely missus said why don't you go out on your paddleboard. I had thought it was too windy (I will be using new category of Cross - Sailing soon!) but went anyway and it was glorious. Watch has only got category for Rowing, Fetch imports as a Run, manually changed it to Cross - SUP. But no matter, it counts. Yay! 4km and 55 mins of lovely, water based activity.

Happy belated EveryoneDay! :-) G

About This Thread

Maintained by fetcheveryone
Back in November, Oscar the Grouch came up with a great idea in his blog: fetcheveryone.com/blog/9803/2021/11/438330

In short, we've picked a day when we all log as much activity as we can. It doesn't matter what it is - just whatever you're capable of.

The hope is to promote Fetcheveryone, and the benefits of exercise in general. There's a totaliser on the home page, and it'd be great if you can share your plans on this thread, or in a blog.

It'd also be great if you can post stuff on social media using #everyoneday (hopefully that's not already in use by nutjobs)

Whatever your sport, whatever your activity - let's see if we can break all site records for our distance and time as a community on that day.

How about it?
