57.5 Degrees of Pain
I was almost useless. Got in early logging my 2.30am walk home from a friend's barbeque, was too busy and hung over for anything more. 35 miles combined activity today doesn't help the cause.

Cheeky’s Dad
The feed for the previous Sunday (19th June 2023), which should be reasonably comparable for weather, time of year etc says
Runners 6758mi
Cyclists 3821mi
Swimmers 50mi
Walkers 1323mi
So a total of 11952 miles (if my maths in correct & I haven’t missed anything)

Cheeky’s Dad
Sunday 18th June was
Runners 9099mi
Cyclists 6731mi
Swimmers 72mi
Walkers 1612mi
So a total of 17,514.
Which proves, if nothing else, that I should be allowed nowhere near statistics
