I think he ran 10.04 but with a following 3.4 tailwind too.

yep, he's amazing once he's up to speed, so light footed looking - if he can develop a faster start he'd be even more astonishing. That 10.04 was a semi-final, think he did a legal 10.1x in the final |

I'm hoping it doesn't go like the Mo Farrah attempts which never lived up to anyone's expectations. Also hoping it doesn't do any harm to his triathlon.
