But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. I went to a different supermarket than usual to see if they had any exotic new varieties, and picked this little lot up.

I've just walked 10k up and down my garden fuelled solely on doughnuts. Therefore, I conclude they are a superfood.
