I took some out of the freezer for tomorrow. Lemon curd, raspberry jam and maybe an apple one in the pot.

I have to say mine were a little underwhelming, sadly. The dough was a little dry, almost bread like and the cream was whipped to mostly air.

Nice to open my lockdown account, but the search for a truly special donut goes on.....
