Newt for me was that I ran straight after volunteering at parkrun, rather than going home for a snooze with the cat. I was a bit pressed for time and did some hill reps. That's another newt because I don't do them often, preferring long hills as part of longer runs.

I meant to do it last week but ran out of time. Perhaps as well or I'd have had to find something else today. Continued to Duolingo (35% French, 32% Spanish) but that's not feeling very new any more. Still, doing at least 50 points worth a day is fitting in quite easily. 100 points straight after breakie today.

I've always dismissed the low altitude Arctic Circle resorts as having not enough black downhill runs. Just thinking about it is almost a newt for me Nothing else so far, but it's only 7pm.
