It was a Gino recipe! I nearly grated the corgettes but speed peeler worked fine and the texture was nice :)

Have downloaded the Kindle app on my phone so I can use it for reading some of the books on my list. Have also started reading "A kestrel for a Knave" by Barry Hines. Think it was one on the school literature list but I missed it because of being in and of hospital during my school years.
