What fun, Pere. Watch out Mr. D. Hockney.
(He's a bit keen on the old digital drawring)

Love Dipps sparkly nails - first time EVER, Dipps ?!

And that's a bit good, Gimme - first time since 2017 makes it pretty newty in my book (and it's my book what counts ;-)

I've got to pick Peregrinator's horse for newt of the day. Especially as it's also a first newt on the thread horse :-)

Ended up running in just a t-shirt as well as capris. Legs and arms out for the first time this year :-)

I wore my bouncy new trampolines (shoe) at track this morning. One or two of the drills felt very strange - ok for the bouncy, pick foot up, strike it back down quick ones but a bit weird on the 'pawing' ones.

Back into spikes for the reps of course - hmmmmmmmmmm. Tired legs. Nothing to do with shoes more with walking over 15 miles with dog. In Hastings.

I've just been for a run - first one from the new house. Fabulous countryside around here. I might even be tempted to run more this summer I think!

About This Thread

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
