Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hey, Rosehip, I've just checked out your reps. Hard set really well done. They are consistently and CONSIDERABLY quicker than you expected. I'm sure I've said before that I think you are a quicker runner than you imagine.

(Would secretly love to get Rosehip and one or two others I have in mind have a go at fast stuff.)

- Thank you x - but I have no top-end speed at all. I'm probably built in such a way that a loss of lots of lard would make me a sprinter build rather than a tiny little marathon-lady, but even as a swimmer in my youth, I was always endurance not sprint.

Iโ€™m here, Sharkie!
Thanks very much, Linds. I will pass on your advice - she needs to find a better sling, I think.

My pick is Hanneke ditching work for exercise and signing up for her first virtual challenge!

Loving the quick fire newts and agree LittleD deserved that shout out.

Took my friend proper off roading today she did proper hills & did brilliant. Got back food shop down - I had to queue for the first time since last summer than back lunch and she came for a hot tub. Proper bank holiday chill out. We sat in opposite sides nice and distant looking away for each other and shared some fizz. Canโ€™t beat it. Ready for a nap now ๐Ÿ˜‚

About This Thread

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
