Good choice! I love Raemondo's assertively blue hair.

The Great Raemondo
Oh, wow, I am honoured! Very strong competition, particularly the bacon and eggs.

I like the description 'assertively blue' as well, thanks V'rap.

Here you are, Han (last summer. He’s a bit more muddy at the moment...)

I'm getting a newt in early today in case I am disappointed again on the much hoped for newt.

I will be attending a 'Masterclass' this evening on Zoom. I'm fairly sure I have never attended a masterclass of any sort before and certainly not on zoom but I get emails all the time (on a daily basis) of events like this from The Guardian and a few weeks ago I signed up to one. It'll probably be full of highly intelligent people and I'll just sit there on mute listening but not speaking but hopefully it will be an interesting couple of hours.

Popcorn looks lovely.

Stroppy work email sent before 8am. An angry newt. Better out than in :-)

About This Thread

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
