Getting seriously cheesed off with waiting for a fridge freezer to be delivered to my new home - another 7 days on top of a week’s wait already. Rubbish! Dinner will be something composed of dry ingredients, eggs and veg; so maybe congee again. Good job I love it!

Not gonna count my chickens but hoping for chicken casserole next week, yoghurt, mayonnaise etc etc. *Salivates*
