He's got a good marketing campaign behind him and I listened to his first book on audible on long drives when visiting houses to buy. He's a bit intense. Regardless of any embellishment of his military career people talk about he did work his ass off to turn his life around and I think that's a great story. I love callousing the mind as a concept and much needed. My ability to suffer is pretty high and normally perform better at XC than on the road. Stay hard!

Homeless Kodo Nov 2023 6:48am, 9 Nov 2023 2,107 posts	0 Homeless Kodo I found Admiral William H McRaven‘s book about his time in the Navy SEALs, “Make Your Bed: Little Things That Can Change Your Life... and Maybe the World” a better, more compelling, relatable book than the hyper-macho Goggins stuff. Never thought I’d find a Fetch thread with so much talk about staying hard and F’Laps.
