So long as you can see evidence they're still breathing, just say "you're doing great" and pack them on their way. The 3/4 point does brilliantly on the empathy scale, except maybe Finbar, who always tells me to stop ma whingeing, stop being a Fanny and get on my way
If they're not breathing, kick 'em until they do

I was 8 mins slower on D33 than GO33. But I did GO33 when it was GO31.5 actually! And I was doing the D33 as a progressive, not full on. Good luck all. G

I was 30 minutes slower on GO33 then D33 in the same year (which I think was the first time they ran it starting at Killin). I think D33 is a much quicker route especially if you have plenty road miles in your legs

As a marshall mine is going fine checked the weather and realised I don't have the right clothes on my wardrobe to stand out in the cold for hours but hey I can improvise
