A couple of years ago we would have been celebrating last night's win. Chasing down 250 under lights without any major wobbles. But so much has changed over the last year, I found it all very old fashioned and almost boring.
Maybe the people who want to get rid of 50 over cricket and concentrate on Tests and T20 are right?

Kind of agree. I enjoy T20 in a 3-hour and forget about it fashion. ODIs seem like a bit of an effort in comparison. Too often the game drags when it's already a formality. Whereas in T20, at least it's over quickly when it is.

I thought England were excellent last night. Previous teams would have crumbled, but Stokes and Bairstow played with great maturity to get England out of a hole.

Indeed. A good win. Team changes. Pakistan put up a fight. Good spin bowling. Good fielding. Excellent finish by Moeen.

Don't tell Fetch, but to kill time on a particularly loooooong Friday afternoon, I have just done a quiz on a different website.
England's leading ODI wicket takers. I got 48 out of 50. Some interesting names on there.

I missed some very obvious ones, like a certain Darren Gough!
