The Racecourse ground at Derby is so windy, I once played in a football match on there that got abandoned because the ball kept blowing off the pitch

Tendo's the man for the job. By 'some sort of Dutchman' presumably you mean 'a South African who couldn't get into his national side'? Or "one of the finest players the non-Test world has ever produced"?
